Earlier this month, Juneau police uncovered human remains in a Glacier Highway property’s chest freezer. Jump forward to now and police have identified and notified the victim’s next of kin.
The incident occurred last week where a family member of the residence owner had been clearing the home, but discovered the remains during their cleaning. The victim was named Ross Pasquan and authorities confirmed that no one had filed a missing persons report.
The public is still unsure how he died or how long his remains were in that freezer. Authorities are, however, currently investigating all possibilities including the potential that the remains were “concealed for financial gain or other motives.”
